that's the thing about poindexter tho nick...he probably worse than marquis....probably. however he could be better...while marquiis is just gonna be marquis
I love Pondexter. But if Marquis is playing like he did before he gets hurt, I don't believe that Quincy would be better next year.
Thing is can Daniels be relied on not to get hurt? I doubt it.
Still, I find it very unconvincing argument to say that Udoka and Pondexter would be better at keeping a year older Pierce fresher than a healthy, then hurt, then back but ineffective Daniels and old and slow Finley did last year, especially when you consider that Tony was able to relieve Pierce as well and Toronto doesn't have a 2 guard that can play the SF position like the C's did last year.
I just think anyone putting Toronto higher than say 6th in the East is not taking into consideration just how little depth Toronto has and how that lack of depth will effect the long term play of Allen, Pierce and Miller who, by February could be spent due to the minutes Toronto might have to play them to stay competitive in the East.
