new report is that the lakers are trading gasol and odom to the hornets for cp3.

WHAT ARE THE HORNETS THINKING?!

Well they did get the starting frontcourt for the 2 of the last 4 NBA championships.  That's certainly nothing to sneeze at.

Not sure what exactly they're going to do with it, but a valuable haul.

According to woj, Hornets are letting teams know Bynum and Oden for CP3.

Now that that is done.  We still have Rondo and Green!  Let's make some good signings and take those fricken lakers down.

So much for being interested in this season.

Time to blow it up.

Really? I think the LAL would be in rough shape if they make that deal. Are they really going to count on Bynum in the middle?

The Hornets are crazy too. Odom is gonna be a total pain in the neck and Gasol will be decent but where does decent get you....

Personally I'm getting sick of CP complaining about coming to BOS. I'm ready for the Cs to pound him on whatever team he goes to....

I'm royally p---ed at NBA, Demps and Stern. First, the Lakers are handed Gasol on a golden plate and now they get CP3 for an aging Gasol and a 32 year old sixth man. I say let FBI raid Buss' office...they have some dirt on Stern & Co.

Ye, I have no idea what they're thinking. At some point they are gonna trade the two, not sure what they are going to get though. I doubt they get Dwight this season though.

a starting front court that just got swept out of the post-season.  both guys are 30+.  at best the hornets will be a 7th or 8th seed for a few years.

I don't know what the Hornets are thinking, but I really can't imagine what the celtics are going to do with Rondo, I can't see him coming back to the celts working out well

Pau Gasol, involved in two of the most notorious trades in NBA history, both likely to swing a championship.

It was also a frontcourt that played the most important role in the 2010 championship round. One playoff flop doesn't erase their value.  They are both healthy and in their primes.

This is disgusting and Stern has something to do with it. Its all apart of bringing back all the casual fans and the Fake prima donna show from the damage of the lockout.

I think I'll pass on NBA League Pass.
