Wait until the first 3 team trade this season.  Those are always fun.  I recall being involved in at least 2 of them last year.

Pistons Trade: 1st (12) 3rd (12) 3rd (22) 5th (22) 8th (9) and 9th (22)

Celtics Trade: 1st (10), 2nd (21), 5th (10), 6th (21), and 9th (10)

The Detroit Pistons have confirmed the above trade, and it has been approved by the league commisioner. Pistons GM Celtic Fan Forever commented on the deal. "Obviously this was a blockbuster deal that shakes things up a bit, but at #10 we feel we can get someone we want. We also finally have a 2nd rounder, which we might be looking to deal for a higher one."

The Pistons are looking for a team to swap 2nd rounders, as well as later picks with.

Maybe it should be a league-wide goal to trade every pick at least once?

Pistons Trade: 1st (12) 3rd (12) 3rd (22) 5th (22) 8th (9) and 9th (22)
Celtics Trade: 1st (10), 2nd (21), 5th (10), 6th (21), and 9th (10)

The Pistons and Celtics are doing their part.

In all fairness, one of those picks has been traded twice.

You get to edit the draft board when you pull one of those off.

Technically my deals with the Raptors and Blazers could be considered "3 team" trade, because I used the 4th I acquired from the Raptors to send to the Blazers before the 1st deal was officially approved.

The Heat front office will be out for most of the day today (working out Antoine and Mark Blount) so please leave any messages about trades and they will be assessed in a timely manner upon my return.

Just as a note to the rest of the owners and GMs: if trade discussion with our franchise hits a standstill and you send us a "looks like we're not going to match up" type message, we won't respond to it.  This isn't to be rude, it's to save you inbox space.  The Tehran Lakers franchise's inbox limit is 10 messages, and since all of our discussions are out of good faith and respect, and even though we do wish everyone the best of luck, we won't waste your time telling you so.

We'd also appreciate if you took this stance with us as well.  This isn't anything personal or anything against congratulatory messages, it's just practical.

However, if you're THAT interested in thanking us for being here, we'll allow you to do so in any format (personal messages, poetry, skywriting, etc.) in exchange for a second round pick, preferably in the top 13. ;)

Riley is in negotiations with the GM as of today, but we may be looking to move forward without him.
