Update sorta Woj says Cleveland thinks IT is gonna miss more time then they initially believed. Says both teams have a lot to lose.
This is still totally undefined.  I would like to know how much time Cleveland "initially believed" he would miss and now how much time do they believe he will miss based on their medical examination.  With out specifics, these tweets are just speculation.
If this has any truth to it, and it may, then Cleveland is admitting that they knew when they made the trade that IT would miss some time.  You assume Boston knew this too.  Adds a very new perspective to the discussion of who won the trade and why such a valuable draft pick was included.
Unless CLE thinks IT will miss most or all of the season or never be able to play full strength, they probably do not want to void the trade.  If they thought IT was going to miss that much, they probably would have voided it already.
I feel like the longer this plays out, the worse Cleveland looks and the madder IT is probably getting.  IT really is the loser in all of this.
