You never know what's the truth and what is not, but, from what I've read so far it seems like the C's shared everything there is to know about IT's injury and its a difference of opinion between the C's doctor and the Cavs doctor about IT's recovery time. You would have thought that the Cavs would have shared the medical info with their own doctor before mailing the trade. Duh.
And common sense says that if you have full knowledge of medicals then make the trade, then you're stuck with the trade and can't back out. I think most of us learned this in grade school.
Now, if you are too stupid to understand what the facts mean...that's on you. I think, if the C's can prove they were forthright and honest and turned over everything relevant and its true its just a difference of "opinion" between the doctors, then the NBA to should tell the Cavs to shove it right up their asses.
