So we have added:
Baylor Scheierman
Anton Watson
Both old rookies. Both good shooters. Scheierman being a 1st round pick I believe gets a guaranteed contract so unless he decides to play overseas, I do not believe he can be given a 2-way contract. Watson as a 2nd rounder, can be offered a 2-way deal.
Holiday Pritchard Springer
White Hauser-TO Scheierman
Brown [ Vet? ] Walsh
Tatum [ Tillman? ] [Queta-TO]
Porzingis Horford [ Kornet?]
2-way: Watson
I see a slot for Scheierman on the roster, (replace Mykhailiuk) but I am not sure there is one for Watson. Maybe as a replacement for Queta if they decide to decline the team option (deadline tomorrow). I am not sure that Watson would be better or more useful than Queta. A 2-way deal may be the best thing for Watson. They can always convert him along the way if needed.
I think the ideal scenario is to sign a decent vet wing/swing player. Some one who is established enough that they will actually be able to play some, more than Brissett. I am assuming they keep Hauser in any case.
Then we need to add or keep at least 2 bigs. That may well end up being Tillman and Kornet but maybe it is someone like Drummond or Gallinari or Theis or Saric or.... I think any two of the above would be fine.
That would take us to 14. You could use slot 15 on Queta or Watson or another vet min pick up (probably a big). Or you keep this open as they have done the last couple of seasons.
