Insane to see the last 70 seconds of the Bucks-Mavericks game took nearly 25 minutes in real-time lol

Really bad... the game was over...

Exactly, the Mavs held an 8-10 point lead during that stretch too.

It was also funny how they just let Giannis run to the rim uncontested for an easy dunk b/c they already knew they won too. Just dragged it on way too long

That would drive me nuts about Brad Stevens! He was always doing that no matter how small a chance of a comeback there was. And in fairness to him, he picked up a bunch of wins from games / deficits that I thought were impossible to comeback from.

Still, I hated watching it. Too long. Not fun. Even when we won I didn't feel any real joy from the result. The game was miserable to watch for last 30+mins. After a while I just started turning off the TV and checking the result on ESPN after the game. I couldn't  take those long brutal dull finishes to games anymore.

I hope Jokic takes them to the wood shed.

If the Lakers lose out and Sactown wins three games, the Lakers could have the #7 position going into lottery and it could easily hand over a top 4 pick to New Orleans if the bball gods are kind to New Orleans. Pellies could return their key players and add Zion Williamson and Chet Holmgren(or Ivey or Smith Jr or Banchero). That would be a fun team to follow next year if Zion is healthy.

Lakers are playing one of their better games and it's still tied lol

Also AD seems to be battling out there but he's definitely not 100%

It really feels like they are risking Davis season/long term health right now. He is visibly limping and grimacing. For what, an unlikely shot at the play in? If the Celtics were doing this with Tatum I would be livid.

Yeah and also,  Lebron's been trying to carry them but even he decided to sit out today when it's pretty clear a Lakers loss + Spurs win today basically eliminates them for good. Lebron's April Fools joke may not be a joke after all lol

I mean this is pretty basic stuff, if someone is limping that badly they are at increased risk for any sort of leg injury. KD tore his achilles from overcompensating for a different injury. Davis has played a team leading 27 minutes through 3. I used to think Vogel was a good coach, but he is pretty much getting fired no matter and he just looks like he has no control over his team at this point which could hurt his future prospects.

Lakers about to lose. If the Spurs win tonight I think they are done for good. No way the Lakers can make up a 2-game difference with 3-4 games to play.

Lakers toast? The Spurs are a mind blowing 16 point favorite over the blazers who have put on one of the hardest tanking displays you will ever see. The other game currently happening is an absolute joke with luminaries like Carson Edwards, Justin Anderson, Braxton Key and Isiah Livers seeing the floor.
