I think the Pats have all 21 camps slots filled right now, 5 on Exhibit 10 deals, 2 on two-way deals, and 14 on the regular roster. Someone would have to go in order to bring in Hawkins, but some of those Exhibit 10 deals are pretty expendable. I think they will add a 3rd two-way player, do Hawkins could compete with Devin Carter as the most likely to win that one. And they could fill the 15th roster spot, but I see that as unlikely.
