I've been a fan of Reggie William since his D-League days. I hope he's been working hard on his left hand. That was always his weak point. Makes him easier to defend. Talented offensive player nonetheless.

As for McRoberts and Wilcox:
McRoberts is slightly better offensively. He's a really good passer and ball-handler (the advantage can be larger depending on the system they're playing). Unlike Wilcox, he can hit his set jump-shots, even from beyond the 3pt line. Wilcox is a better pick'n'roll player. Both are opportunistic scorers who can't really create their shots. Good finishers.
He's also slightly better as a defender. Two players who look like they could be good defenders due to their athletic abilities but aren't. McRoberts is a little less clueless. More intense.
Wilcox is a bit better as a rebounder. McRoberts is too soft and takes an eternity to leave the floor.
Overall McRoberts is the better player, especially if you want passing and some spacing from that big, but I don't think the difference is significant. Considering the longer contract and Bass+Green+JaJuan Johnson poor rebounding, one can argue Wilcox is a better fit.
