I would also love thoughts on my rotations/minutes distributions, (though I know not everyone is familiar with my rookies - the starters, anyway). TPs and thanks in advance!

I might have said this earlier. I can't remember. But I like Evan Turner as your sixth man and F.Garcia as your sixth man.
I think Turner will be able to have a larger role offensively coming off the bench because fewer of his minutes will come with all three of Melo + D.Harris + B.Lopez on the court at the same time. That trio will eat a lot of offensive possessions and leave Turner in a smaller role than his talents deserve.
As for Garcia, a decent defender and long range marksman. Nice glue guy for the starting unit.
I would also like to see Evan Turner get more playing time. I think Turner is your second best wing by a large margin and would look to get him close to starters minutes (32+mpg).
Something like -- F.Garcia for 24 minutes a night at SG and E.Turner for the other 24 at SG + the 10 minutes at SF while Melo rests.

I am pessimistic on the rookies so that plays a big role in what I'd like to see you do + why I have you third in your division.
In the above, I dropped K.Thompson from the rotation to get more playing time for E.Turner and also F.Garcia. I would also increase Devin Harris' + Brook Lopez' minutes to around 35 minutes a night.
JJ Hickson's minutes would depend on whether he continues to rebound well or not. If he does, then he should be playing 34-36 minutes a night. If he doesn't, then somewhere around 26-30 minutes sounds about right. With H.Warrick taking the backup PF minutes.
Although, I say that (my pessimistic outlook on the rookies) with the exception of J.Fredette who I think has a shot at stealing J.Bayless' minutes as backup PG.
