If he's really in town. He'll be an excellent pick up for a vet minimum. He'll be the best PG back up. He's proven through the past years, mostly in Cleveland, that he can lead plays, pass/distribute, defend, slash the lane, consistently score from long range (which Rondo lacks and needs to include in his ammo for the seasons to come) and display grit, confidence and grace under pressure. These were evident in his years with LeBronze. He was a prick on us when we played against him and the Cavs.
Perfect back up for Rondo. Tall PG, quick, confident, experienced and most importantly, a long-distance shooter .
