Delonte should get minutes ahead of Wafer. Wafer was insurance before DW became available. Delonte will get significant minutes off our bench.

No question. 
I think Delonte'd be a great addition.
If for no other reason than to see his interactions with LBJ during the Cs-Heat games.
In seriousness, he'd help strengthen the bench, which is a net plus.  There are enough vets around to make sure his head is screwed on right.

It's going to be interesting seeing how Doc plays Delonte and Nate.  It might free up things for Nate a bit more since both he and Delonte can play point.

I am on record on this blog saying not to take the risk and that Delonte is too nuts to be counted on. Well for a non guaranteed deal ther is virtually no risk. I cant wait to root for this guy to get his life turned around. I always have loved the way he plays.
