Jamison gets 11 this year 13 next year and 15 2011-2012
Butler gets 9 this year and 10.5 next year.

Just read this on a realgm board, take it with a grain of salt and don't get your hopes too high but... definitely exciting!

Saw this elsewhere online, but someone says that people at the Boston Herald are saying this deal is basically done, and they are merely finishing up final details before finalizing the trade. I haven't heard that yet with any of the other crazy rumors. I really hope this goes down!

This is an incredible piece of rumor mill buzz... If this happens I would love it, its like living a fantasy dream. Imagine the different lineups we could use with adding these two guys.

If this is true, don't waste time Ainge.  Pull the trigger before someone else comes back with another offer to the Wiz.

I only see one downfall to this trade:  An increased roster size of quality + Doc = problems.  Doc coaches best when he has 6 healthy players who are clearly the best 6.  

However, that would definitely not prevent me from completing this trade!  I am wishing it comes to fruition.

I can't see this happening, the C's just don't have the young pieces for it. The NBA people around the league would be up in arms worse than the Gasol trade (although, Marc Gasol has made that trade look a lot better).

Why it's a perfectly reasonable trade from Washington's prospective?  They are in rebuild mode and want to reset.  Hopefully for their sake they get rid of Arenas as well.

As far as this year goes I would caution that you can't throw a bunch of guys who haven't played with each other together, have very little practice time, and expect them to beat top level NBA teams.  I don't care how much talent you have.

NBA defenses are too good right now.

Don't get caught up in the Dan Snyder syndrome.  I would seriously doubt that this type of team wins it all this year.

But next year with a full pre season under their belt...that's completely different.
