The vote would not have effected the order of finish of the top 4 teams Dons.

Disqualifying that vote now calls into question some other fairly strange placings doesn't it? Why are those allowed?

Shouldn't we just let every vote count?

Agreed. I can't believe that just happened. Guy votes. Give his opinion. That should be the end. dl this is your fault for not voting like you're supposed to.

I am very happy with the West voting so far. On that note off to bed.

Well, I think the Northwest GMs can agree that Memphis is out of his mind.  ;)

(Just kidding, man.  Everyone is entitled to an opinion.  However, wouldn't it be hard for three teams from the same division to finish with the conference's three best records, just due to them playing each other more often?)

Votes and reasons

1. Buffalo- Best talent, best balance. The bench is a problem, but not enough of one.
2. Memphis I think we win our division and have a better record than Portland for the reason belw, even though I think Portland is better.
3. Portland:I see them as more of a 95 Rockets except with a less difficult division.
4. Golden State: With the 2nd Best record in the west, Stupid Pacific Division.
5.Phoenix: With the 3rd best record in the West, stupid Pacific.
6. Utah : Could be a considerable bump if Dunleavy comes back healthy.
7. Seattle: TD's last ride.
8. Dallas: A lot of firepower, I just hate the team structure.
9. Houston: Don't like Bosh and Randolph Frountcourt ad I hate the Monta and Joe Johnson back court. At some point playing styles have to com into play.
10. Minnesota: Great wings, ZBo kills it, as much as I hate to dog CiO.
11. New Orleans: KOBE and... Russell Westbrook.
12. Sacramento: Great wings, not so grea point and frount court
13. Denver: If they can trade Yao for something big, or trade Oden, this team will be nasty.
14. Vegas: Give it time
15. San Antonio: Just not enough there.

Not if they split and are substantially better than everyone else.

Thanks for the response.  And of course, we're not going to criticize anybody for comparing us to the '95 Rockets.  They're probably my favorite non-Celtics title team of all-time, despite the fact that they beat Barkley and the Suns in the playoffs -- my favorite non-Celtics team ever.

Well what you said about scareamento makes no sense or you must not watch that much basketbball. Blake is a great point guard to have and matter of fact alot of guys on here wanted him. My front court is better then years in my opioino.

I also would like to add that I'm having a hard time with where I'm being ranked right now. I can't find 6 teams that are better than me let alone 8.

Rank yourself 6th then. I think your team is pretty underrated fwiw.

I said Blake is not so great. meaning he's not on Roy's or Hedo's level. Also, he fact that he played horribly in te playoffs made me sour on him a litle. He's a good point guard when you surround him with players, I didn't think you did that. Also, I think your frount court gets pounded in your division. I like your team in a few yars if Flynn and Thabeet develop. I think only Flynn will though. I think jason Thompson is a product of playing for a cruddy team.

I think you over value your players.

Close one there.  Wow.  Congrats on making the playoffs, and condolences to Champ, if these hold up as official.

Bummer for the Bucks and Knicks, really thought they were playoff teams. At least JSaad didn't get shut out of the playoffs this year. ;P

I could say brooks is a product of a cruddy team then too and same with bargnani.

I think you guys value the big names more than some of the little names that you dont here anything about.
