Luka's struggles holding back LAL from taking over this game.

LeBron carrying LAL. Luka and A Reaves need to step up. Reaves quiet in 2nd half.

Ohh, what a drive by Jaden McDaniels. The in and out dribble, snaking into the paint and finishing in the crowd.

How did LeBron drop that ball?

Minny are tough to beat whenever Jaden McDaniels has a big scoring night. Huge lift for Minny.

That was one ugly miss by LeBron. Side backboard from a 45 degree angle? No shot block or deflection. Yikes.

This Lakers Wolves series could go 7 games actually

More evenly matched than I thought.

I was wrong I originally had Lakers in 5

40+ minutes for LeBron, Luka and Reaves.  Sunday is an early game so that's a quick turnaround.

Yeah, I was looking at that too.

Luka had a bad stomach bug last night. Unlikely that will have cleared by early tomorrow. He will likely still be struggling physically for that game.

Dangerous game for LAL.

They could find themselves down 3-1.

Quote
The Cleveland Cavaliers are undoubtedly excited that Evan Mobley advanced his career by becoming the NBA's Defensive Player of the Year and will receive an additional $45 million over his new five-year extension via the Rose rule, but the elevated salary on their books for next season could mean the front office has to trim a player they would have otherwise been able to retain.

The Cavaliers' major free agent is Ty Jerome, who had a breakout season and finished third in Sixth Man of the Year voting. Jerome could sign for an annual salary at or around the midlevel exception.

Yikes. $45 million extra over 5yrs. $9mil a season. That is just below the MLE. So now CLE will have to dump a key role player to make up for the increase in salary.
