J Murray 4pts on 1-7 FGA 2-2 FTA.

They are not winning without him showing out.

Update: 2-10 FGA for 6pts

Such a stupid reaction by Harden. Even more stupid by A Gordon. Hopefully nobody gets kicked out.

Just play on. Play ball. Let's go.

Are they calling that a punch by Harden?

It was somewhere between a punch and a push.

No punches thrown. 6 techs. 3 techs on each team.

Braun, Jokic, Gordon.
Harden, Dunn, Norm Powell.

No "closed fist" punch. I'd like to see a replay on that Harden one that sparked A Gordon.

This is such a good series (Clips-Nuggets). Only feels right it goes 7 games (though DEN definitely has to win tonight to ensure it)

Amazing that Denver is up 11pts with Jamal Murray only 2-12 FGA for 6pts.

Kris Dunn is helping make up for those empty possessions by being only 1-9 FGA himself. Kawhi 5-13 FGA 12pts.

James Harden is quiet. He is barely attacking.

Nuggets offense is ugly with Pickett and Braun in the backcourt. It is like they are pretending to attack when they are dribbling the ball. They are not fooling anyone. Everyone knows they are not shooting off the dribble. Everyone knows they are not driving to the basket unless there is a straight line to the rim open for them. They are just dribbling the ball side to side, passing sideways, creating nothing.

Jokic bails them out.

I give credit to MPJ.  I've not been his biggest fan in the past but he's gutting it out with one useful arm and still managing to help his team.  Tough.

Nuggets with a huge lineup to start Q4

G: Braun
G: P Watson
F: MPJ
F: A Gordon
C: Jokic

Strong lineup to start Q4. Their starting frontcourt. Braun a starter. Only one bench player. They have a 20pt lead. They want to hold it. Take their starters off early. Play them now, take them off early later.

Braun at 6-7 and P Watson at 6-7 together in the backcourt. Neither are ball-handlers. Jokic and A Gordon are the best ball-handlers and passers on the floor.

Clippers strong lineup as well

G: Harden
G: Bogdanovic
F: Derrick Jones Jr
F: Kawhi
C: Zubac

Their Big 3 and two bench guys. Bogs a key scoring reserve. DJJ a key defensive wing.

-----------------------------

Nuggets only 1 basket in 3 minutes with this lineup. No creative guard play. Stagnant offense. Clippers struggling along with 2 baskets & 2 FTs in 3 minutes. Chipping into the lead but slowly.

Two huge shots by J Murray to slow down the Clippers run. Clutch clutch plays by a guy who has been struggling all game.

Nuggets with 3 stupid turnovers in last 2min. They are helping the Clippers make their run. Trying to manage the clock is killing them. Just play basketball.
