Preseason is under way. Let the games begin!

Trim Zion looked good today. Seems like he?s been working on his midrange game and was pretty dominant in the 19 minutes played. Finished with 16pts, 8rebs, 3ast, 2stls. Went 8-11 from the field.

Curious to see how Wemby looks tonight vs the Thunder. Vegas has him in the top 10 for MVP odds. Game is on NBA TV at 8PM ET.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Impressive play by Lively here = click here for Twitter post / vid.

Dribbles end to end in transition, drives left, spins back middle and finishes in traffic.

Impressive move from a guy who was largely just a dunker last season.

Interesting to see Washington go with Sarr at PF next to Valanciunas at C. A twin towers approach. Kuzma at SF. Big frontcourt. Poole & Brogdon in the backcourt.

Sarr looked good as the roll man when he was at center. More of a standstill player on the perimeter at PF. The Sarr - Jonas tandem will be more for defensive reasons than offense.

Wow, Lonzo Ball is back. Playing at Bulls training camp. Says he will be playing on opening night.

I thought we'd never see him in the NBA again.

Yeah, will be good to see him playing again.

Wemby really needs to watch KP and mirror his shot selection. Taking a lot of bad shots right now. Settles for too many 3?s.

He's basically approaching the Ben Simmons territory at this point, granted he has accomplished way more than Simmons in the past. But yeah, he's done. Just going to cash those checks and retire.

Hartenstein with a left hand fracture, might miss 5-6 weeks. That's a tough blow to start.

Still think it'll be Boston-Oklahoma City in the Finals

Dude is washed

35 year old Jimmy Butler may be next in line.

My hot take is if Miami doesn't get off to a good start then they may dangle Butler at the deadline. Riley already seemed pretty ticked about his actions last season (calling out NY and Boston and then his "load management" antics which probably pushed MIA into the play-in territory instead of a guaranteed spot). And they didn't reach an extension

Brooklyn in theory makes sense next offseason but if he's dangled at the deadline, OKC and New Orleans would be ideal spots.

Pistons waive Lamar Stevens. He would be a good replacement for Brissett. Similar players.
