All said and done, Bucks will still be in the tier-2 hierarchy of the East, standing between Boston and New York/Philadelphia. Can't forget the Bucks have the second best player in the world on their team alongside 8x All-Star starting PG

Bucks are painfully old and have doc rivers as their coach. They to me are 6 seed material

Someone could overpay for Tillman. I can't see a better fit for him but you never know. The Suns could give him more playing time...

We gave Queta a qualifying offer yesterday as well.  We?re likely going into the regular season with 14.  Assuming Q signs his QO (which seems like a given if he doesn?t negotiate something longer than a year), we likely have 13 of 14 roster spots accounted for, so it would either be Tillman or another vet minimum for the last spot.

My guess is the Celtics and Tillman would circle back to each other if they don?t find anything else, but both probably will find other options.
