First time I've seen two players hug on the 6th game of the regular season, but Paul George and Reggie Jackson had a moment.

I kinda feel bad for Paul George.  It looks like he's still trying to prove himself even though he's such a good player.  But with the compound leg fracture, bouncing around the league, and playoff P... it's been a rough ride for him.

He is still one of the premier 2 way wings in the world, for all the crap he gets. The Clippers have struggled without Kawhi, but his individual form is MVP worthy so far

Herro with back to back 20-5-5 games off the bench. He is off to a great start. If he can keep this up, Miami is the mix to win the East.

What a difference it makes to that team when both Herro and Duncan Robinson are bombing away from 3 and playing well. When it was only Duncan Robinson they were too easy to shrink the court on. Especially after the departures of Olynyk and Meyers Leonard who provided more outside shooting from the big man slots.

I'm not sure Butler is really good enough as a lead dog for them to be a real contender, but they are certainly playing well and they do have nice depth (at least playoff depth of 8 or 9).
2023 Historical Draft - Brooklyn Nets - 9th pick

Bigs - Pau, Amar'e, Issel, McGinnis, Roundfield
Wings - Dantley, Bowen, J. Jackson
Guards - Cheeks, Petrovic, Buse, Rip

Lowry is doing what I was hoping Smart would do. Just looking to pass and get his teammates good shots. Has only taken 2 shots and has 5 assists with 3 mins to go till half.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Smart doesn't make fast enough decisions.

Smart is not a PG …Schroeder should be starting at point.

Lowry started popping off after his Rocket days (left in 2012, age 26), all star at 2015 (age 29).

The trajectories of Smart and Lowry seem kind of similar. Lowry was not very good in his Rocket days I recall.

Kind of puts the Smart shots in perspective. If those 3's start falling, his game will open up so much more.

I am not a fan of Jason Kidd but when he refers to the team he says we. Ime refers to our team as them. As in " I told them that..."

I was really hoping the C’s would draft him. Felt like he was a sure thing in terms of being a solid role player.
