Jackson and Brown is no more difficult than IT and Fultz
Not really, both of those guys are above average shooters, whereas Brown is merely average and Jackson is below average.
I also question whether JJ and Brown could play together on a functioning offense. There are tools there BS should be able to use, but they're mostly complementary to other playmakers.
I think JB projects to above-average spotup shooting (he was almost league average at age 20), with an ability to attack closeouts, back-curt and take his man into the post (maybe if the league starts calling assaults down there, he'll have a chance to become a useful create-a-bucket option). In a dream world he makes big strides with his handle and becomes a creator, but...
JJ is more of a mystery. He got to the hole in college, but his drives look like straight lines against slower players. We all know about his shot. I can see his starting with the ball on the wing with an option to hand off, pass, or if the defense is disorganized, turn and drive. I can't see him as a secondary ball handler. If Danny picks him, I assume he sees an ability that hasn't yet been tapped - much like Brown. Can't shake the feeling Danny's going to do something else, where JJ doesn't end up in the bean.
