They don't. Two very below average shooters that are just role guys

I'm extremely frustrated with these rumours.   There is not a single player in the top 5 that I hate more then Jackson as a prospect.   His bust potentially is incredibly high,  and he offers is absolutely nothing of need.

I feel your pain dude!   I think JJackson ceiling is Thadeus Young.   Pretty pathetic isn't it?

Makes me angry just thinking of him throwing up bricks!! >:( >:( >:(
Imagining a team of Smart AND Jackson in the modern NBA is just ... embarrassing. One player who can't shoot is enough.

PF: Terry Cummings (84-85) / Paul Millsap (15-16)

Getting really frustrated with Danny Ainge always wanting to draft physically talented tweeners who can't shoot, have personalit / attitude concerns, and look like they will be lifetime role players.

It's getting harder and harder to tolerate his more recent decision making.

He refuses to face for Cousins because of attitude concerns,  then wants to draft Jackson...

I really hope this is all a bad dream. But it seems like Ainge is dead set on going after Jackson, unless this is all rumors to raise up the bidding war. I STILL don't get why we can't just keep Fultz..

It gets much worse when you factor in Hayward and Crowder.  I don't think this deal is happening without a Butler trade to follow.
Which makes contracting that team practically impossible if we hope to maintain IT as well as Bradley.

It'd spell the end for Bradley, but I've expected him to be the odd man out.  He has earned a big contract elsewhere.

Is it not more enticing if there's strong indication that one of Hayward or Griffin would sign in FA?  As you noted, that'd be a mess going forward.  But you have to think management is making long-term decisions in accord with Ainge's/Brad's opinions.

The real question should be ''how do Jackson, Brown, Crowder and possibly Hayward play together''?

I would think something would have to give there. Meaning: someone or some people are getting traded.

I' m assuming that by someone you mean Crowder. What do we do with IT/Bradley/Smart then? Cause we aren't gonna resign all 3 of them. Are we gonna trade both Crowder and Bradley?? The whole think just doesn't make any sense to me. Why not replace whomever leaves (Bradley/IT/Smart) with Fultz?

Maybe they think Rozier is going to take the next step? I don't have an answer for you.

But Crowder/Bradley/picks would probably be my bets to be traded for a star player (Butler/George/etc.).

Meh. I don't want us to trade for a star. If we can't move the needle past Cleveland/Golden State it doesn't mean anything.

Anyway, I guess time will tell.

I can see Josh Jackson as a bust. He's nothing but a 6'8" kid who can dunk and ok he plays Defense. Not worthy of the #2 or #3 pick. Id take Tatum over Jackson everyday of the week.

If u trade out the #1 slot to pick at #3, u go with Tatum not Jackson. And you ask for both Sixers and Lakers 018 picks. If thats to much then oh well, just pick Fultz at #1 n hang up the phone

That's doing a disservice to Jackson. He has an elite iq on both sides of the ball. He is a great prospect. Is he as good as Fultz, I don't think so, not even close, but let's not let the anger of not getting fultz cloud our evaluation of a really good player in Jackson.

I mean I could sit here and describe Fultz as a  6'4" kid who can make chase down blocks and play OK offense.
