Considering this is a slow news day and nothing appears imminent I thought I would share this random article I found.

http://www.metro.us/boston/jahlil-okafor-may-be-in-trade-to-celtics-spotted-at-logan-airport-in-boston/zsJqbn---bXLQZzLC5UEJM/

I don't know anything about this publication they seem to have some fringe and some serious news stories. Food for thought. I would personally be devastated if we gave up anything more than a late first or perhaps Rozier for him. (to be clear I don't want him on the team at all though)

He was told not to go with the team to Charlotte on the team plane for their last game and it would be pretty weird to send him by himself a day early to Boston for a game he wont play in.

It makes plenty of sense.

Philly is near a trade so they keep him home. Philly team flies to Charlotte. Talks break down. Philly must now fly to Boston. Okafor is still in Philly, so he must fly to Boston by himself.

I would be pretty surprised if they make him fly to Boston for one game prior to the all-star break after he has said his good byes to the team staff and members of the organization thanked him. Obviously anything can happen because this whole situation has been bungled. However, you certainly can't act like any of this is standard operating procedure. He may be rejoining the team after they said they were holding him out for trades and he said good bye to everyone and make him arrive earlier than the rest of the team.

They also could have traded him to a team that has the most assets in the league.

I'm honestly not sure which one is more likely/unlikely at this point.

Don't like the suggestion of Smart or Bradley in the deal.  Rozier OK.  This would also pave the way to draft a guard in June.

I'd say that's a guaranteed TP for you.

You can have a tp for kicks and giggles. Obviously the possibility of any trade is like 1% so you are taking a pretty safe route saying he won't end up here.

I think we can all agree that it's unlikely he come here, so In fairness, I think you've got to give celticsclay 4 or 5 to 1 odds, and multiples thereof. Heck, I'd take 5 to one. I offer 3TPS if he doesn't come to 15 for me if he does.

EDIT: TPs to all you guys. It's fun talking about this.
