Scored the last 11, games on ESPN.

Imagine if we had this guy instead of KO? I feel entitled to make this thread since I was the first to hype him on CB when danny scouted him in Greece.... :P

Kelly is TRASH.

Everytime he has the ball you just CRINGE.

Lucky guys are getting open.. otherwise you can just imagine the stupid turnover.

And KO on Embiid?? LOL. Good luck with that.

Man, it looks like the Bucks might be our 1st round opponent too... If we get knocked off by them it will look pretty bad. I'd move Olynyk and second rounder for Bogut right now. Give more mins to Jerebko and Jaylen.

Yeah, thanks Danny. I say that to myself every day.

Imagine if we had a competent GM. We'd probably be a strong playoff contender, one player away from a championship-level team, and have a slew of lottery picks and cap room we could use to go get that player.

I like KO. He's still working his way back from surgery and he still makes good passes and plays hard. Took a key charge tonight on Embiid.

Post a link that shows that you wanted Giannis before that year's draft. Then you can complain all you want.

Until then, shut the heck up.
Jaylen Brown will be an All Star in the next 5 years.

If Giannis Adetokunbo is available at 16, I'd love that pick.   Not ready to help next year, but no one is at that spot, so might as well go upside, which he has in spades.  I know the C's have been looking at him in the very least.

Even tho I'd prefer Giannis (obviously), I'm still glad we have Kelly and hope we keep him around.

And who the heck are you to tell anyone to shut up?

If it's that important to you search their posting history.

When I checked Giannis out early in the game because of this thread, he was 8-11 with 22 points and the Bucks were rolling.  Now he's 9-20 for 25 points and it's a tight game.

Turns out the color green does suit Celtics fans pretty well.

  • Sometimes there's no sane reason for optimism
And...Giannis with a huge TO leading to a Knicks fast break and a three point lead.

I would obviously LOVE Giannis on the Cs, but he's not perfect like so many make him out to be. I am a little sick of hearing how Danny sucks as a gm just because he didn't take one player who half of the other league's gms also didn't take that year.

EDIT: rondo, I do know that wasn't your intent with this thread...just my take, in general.

First on CB? I've got my link earlier in the thread from April 2013... when I searched the earliest I could find of you was May :) Unless you can find an earlier post, you seem to have lost your entitlement to post such threads  ;D

Because the Monday Morning Quarterbacking around here gets old after a while. It's easy to sit there and whine about the players that we should have selected only after you know how they're going to turn out. It's also moronic.

So it's put up or shut up. If someone - like saltlover - can show how they wanted him prior to the draft they're going to get props and TPs all day long from me. If not, then it's just another whiny post by someone who really has nothing intelligent to say and only thinks successful GMing is done by a time machine.

Giannis was drafted 15th. That means that 14 other teams had a shot at him and realistically almost any team in the league could have swung a deal to draft at that position. Which means that no GM in the league - possibly besides the Bucks - didn't think he was going to be a star. So saying "thanks Danny" for not drafting him is, as I said, moronic. You might as well blame Danny for not winning the lottery.

It makes about as much sense as this:

Jaylen Brown will be an All Star in the next 5 years.
