Danny wants Bender.  He also likes Hield and Brown and Murray. So do I. Simmons and Ingram are overrated. There is a chance one may even slide.

Hate to see Philly get rewarded for tanking and LA get anything, but I can't be the least bit unhappy about this result. A great coach, an all-star in IT, a pretty solid team, 48 wins, lots of cap space and now the #3, #16 and #23 picks in the first round?

Since it's hyped as a 2 person draft everyone is mad and forgetting that A. we didn't get screwed which is a miracle and b. it's a free pick.

Man oh man people. Just earlier today nearly everyone was saying "I am expecting 6 or 5. Anything else is a bonus." Here we are with the 3rd pick and everyone's mad. Is it disappointing when things don't work out the way we want them to? Sure, but we are in a dang good spot!

Seriously.

When I said the Nets pick was "likely a top 5 pick" at the beginning of the season many people scoffed at the idea. If someone had said the Nets pick would be third the entire board would be jumping for joy.

Now it's the same "doom and gloom" people who somehow think the 3rd pick in the draft is somehow garbage. Personally, I can't wait to see what the Cs do but I feel like it's Christmas.

We r not drafting Bender. Expect Heild or Murray. I actually like Heild for this team. I think Buddy could easily be the next Curry. Well worth the 3rd pick

Confident DA won't throw away the pick on Bender .......Young looked really promising .......it was a swing at the fences .

IMO, the difference between the 3-5 picks is really miminal.  Getting into the top two was what it was all about.  The odds against that was almost 70%, but still it was frustrating not to get that top 2 after making it into the final 3.  Oh well.
