to say this is a 2 player draft before the work outs is absolutely insane. Let's see how these guys do in team work outs.  That is when the rankings and buzz emerge.

Wonder if Ingram or Simmons will agree to work out for Celtics.

No reason for them to

What if they don't want to be drafted by Philly and think it is possible that Boston has enough assets to move up if they really want to?

Good on the nba for rewarding the one team that rebuilt without blatantly tanking  ::)

It ****ing blows because there is no sure pick at #3. I don't see anyone that excites me.

couldn't agree more.   we're stuck right now with older dudes that are on good contracts and need to win now and a bench full of rookies and sophmores that won't contribute in any real way to really winning.

I've never seen anyone complain so much over the 3rd pick. While the top two are decided, the rest of the draft isn't guess who has the first pickings and therefore has leverage for trades?

The "Rigged" comments are so nonsensical.   The NBA rewarded Philly for following through on the most epic tankjob in NBA history?  Some folks here thought they'd literally take away Philly's picks for blatantly tanking.  Now they are gonna give them the top pick?  Lol... c'mon.

Super fascinating team remains fascinating.

They are loaded with bigs now.  Okafor, Noel, Embiid (who looks like he's finally going to play), Ben Simmons and Dario Saric.   They need guards.   This is an excellent opportunity for a team like Boston to pounce.  Maybe they'll finally take Marcus Smart for Noel?  Maybe they'll take #3 for Okafor and take Hield?

Stay tuned.  Should be very interesting.

Cleveland agrees.  Not rigged  ::)

I'd be ecstatic with 3 if Danny woulda done his job and picked either hood or Rhonda's Hollis Jefferson so we could groom a SF.  But as it stands the top two are positions of need and we get our choices again of a guard or another guard.

Danny is not going to draft Bender. Danny wants Buddy Heild at #3. I do not see Danny successfully trading #3 for Cousins or Butler without using a future Brooklyn pick and Danny don't wanna part with those picks. Heild is going to be our guy as he should be

I hope so. I'm a fan.

All the "what if Simmons or Ingram fall" remind me a bit of Gerald Green. Remember when he fell to us in that draft?
Celtics fan for life.

Was talking with my old college roommate a short while ago and his conspiracy theory is that the league awarded the 76ers the 1st pick in the draft because Philadelphia will be the first team to go through with advertising company logos on their jerseys.  Along with the Mutombo tweet at 4:30, does anyone think this is plausible?

I would be happy if he picks Heild.  I like Jamal Murray too.

If they were on another level good or skills transferable to NBA level np
But they are not. There are questions and we don't need anymore guards. Seriously. Its just a headache for CBS

We need help at c-sf spots asap

This is the first time ever in the history of the NBA draft lottery that the draft has gone exactly as it was supposed to.  Not one team jumped up.

Has never happened once since the draft lottery started in '85.

I find that pretty interesting.

After 18 months with their Bigs, the Littles were: 46% less likely to use illegal drugs, 27% less likely to use alcohol, 52% less likely to skip school, 37% less likely to skip a class

It is interesting that he got it right. Of course, he had a 25% chance of getting it right anyways.
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about
