After Sacramento was hammered at home by San Antonio Monday night, the Kings’ star, DeMarcus Cousins, stormed into the locker room and cursed out head coach George Karl with a torrent of obscenities, a person close to the situation told The Big Lead.

After Cousins unleashed the F-bombs on Karl, all the head coach – who publicly feuded with the Kings best player last summer – could do was walk away, a source tells The Big Lead. Afterward, Cousins felt some remorse for his actions, asking a couple of teammates if he came down too hard on the coach. They calmly told him, “you can’t scream and curse like that at your coach in front of everyone.”

So do the c's fans that want to trade for him still think his issues are in the past ?

I want no part of Cousins .....

Karl wanted to suspend him for 2 games, but was denied by front office

I want Cousins. Sometimes growing up isn't pretty. He's been loyal -- there's simply no way around it -- to a franchise that always seems uncertain about whether or not they'd like to keep him, fired his favorite coach without asking, and hired a coach who immediately tried to run him out of town. Couple that with the losing, and that's a pretty frustrating situation for a super young, super competitive dude. Compare this to a far better situation Rajon Rondo was in when he threw a water bottle at a film screen and cursed out Doc.

Draft: 8 first rounders in next 5 years.

Cap space: $24 mil.

TP, and Karl also has a shady reputation among players, too.

Yes, yes I do still want a 25 year-old MVP-caliber player.
Isaiah, you were lightning in a bottle.

Seriously, though, that organization is a MESS. Karl wanted to suspend Cousins 2 games after his outburst, but he was overruled by Divac lol Talk about micromanagement!

You have to believe something is happening really soon. Either Karl is fired or they trade DMC, with the former being much more likely than the latter.

They should have never fired Mike Malone.

Karl sucks. He's a terrible coach at this stage who has a huge ego.

If we somehow got Cousins....it would probably be the end of Brad Stevens....Cousins is a huge Jerk.

Karl will be gone before Cousins. He's the franchise. He's not going anywhere.

Zach Lowe's question.

It's important to flip the question of the day around: Would Boston give up the Nets pick for Boogie? Don't assume they would.

tbh I do not have an answer, it leaves many many questions to be answered

1. Do we want to give up our farm of picks which might or WILL include the 2016 Nets pick which I want to use if it's top 3, but on the other hand, the question of, what if it guarantees us Cousins
-My answer might be leaning towards a yes - Cousins is a top 10 center, no doubt about that. He talent improves us tremendously. Did I mention he is only 25?
2. Will he buy into Steven's system?
-I don't know, there are mix reviews of George Karl. Great coach but a shady coach around the players I heard. Will Stevens fix that? Can Stevens control Cousins
3. How cancerous is Cousins?

There are so many risks with taking on Cousins, but at the end I might lean towardst o try to get him

What hasn’t been reported is that after the players spoke, Sacramento general manager Vlade Divac and assistant GM Mike Bratz talked to the players and Divac asked the team, “We don’t know what to do with George [Karl], do you think we should fire him?”

The players, a person close to the situation said, were shocked and didn’t know how to respond.

What a mess of an organization. Are you kidding me (to the above)?! I can't judge Cousins's character at all simply because of how dysfunctional the Kings are.

Also, SB Nation just wrote a "Kings should trade Cousins" article, and the only suggested trade partner was the Celtics:

BAHAHAHAHA! You have to win games and make the players around you better to be a MVP-caliber. Cousins doesn't do either!!!!

I would be willing to trade for him, but I'm not giving up the farm to get him.

The thing is, the Kings are on the hook for I believe multiple coaches' contracts because they've gone through so many.  They may let this thing fester for a lot longer before they get rid of either guy.

What a horrible organization Sacramento seems to be lately.  Although Cousins isn't coming out well in this situation either.  Maybe all 3 of em were made for each other.
