What a bummer, but that's typical Cleveland for you. It does show you that the East is wide open, though. I'd argue that any of the top five or six could take the East - Cleveland, Toronto, Boston, Atlanta, or Miami.

That's just ridiculous about Kyrie and Love, though. I've been a firm believer that James would never leave Cleveland again, because it would put a major hit on his legacy to do that to Cleveland twice. But if they can't significantly upgrade this offseason after another inevitable loss in the Finals or even failing to get out of the East, it really wouldn't surprise me to see James walk elsewhere.

I'm not really a Lebron James fan at all, but he wouldn't have to worry about competitive spirit in Boston.  ;) He could slide in at the 4 nicely alongside a Horford type.  :D

Whaaat--?.....They have SO much talent on that team---What else does that Spoiled CRYBABY Lebron need- to actually be happy---?
This is ridiculous......"The King"----yeah right--!
Larry Bird was Greater than you think.

Suns have a big game against the Kings tonight!

It looks like the Wiz will beat the Wolves, which should be nice for our Dallas pick, but still has me nervous about our Nets' pick.

Pistons beat the Hornets, which helps our playoff positioning.

Magic and Heat are neck and neck, which could help our playoff positioning.

Rockets and Raptors are neck and neck, which could help our Dallas pick if the Rockets win.

Warriors play the Mavs tonight too, which should be nice for our Mavs' pick, obviously!

I think it's safe to say now at worst it's a top 4 pick with Minnesota winning tonight.  ;D

That was an amazing game.  Wow.  Zach LaVine!  Georgi Dieng.  Freaking awesome.  While it's fun to have so many games with a rooting interest, it is seriously stressing me out.  I agree ... looking very safe for no worse than 4th.  But, you never know.  Magic number for no worse than 4th is what 8?

So at worst top 7 then. 3 teams below us in the lottery could still push us down through luck

  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
I think the worst pick we can get at 4th is #6 isnt it?
Can anyone confirm?
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

quoting 'Greg B' on RealGM after 2017 trade deadline.
Read that last line again. One more time.

7th.  You can always fall up to 3 spots unless you're 12-14.

No, if the Suns want to win, they have to earn it.
