  • Boston Celtics= Championships, nothing less.
Phoenix have little chance because it's  a back to back for them.
They do have home court though and Avery and Jae will both be out.

I would really like Phoenix to win this one in all honesty.
"We are lucky we have a very patient GM that isn't willing to settle for being good and coming close. He wants to win a championship and we have the potential to get there still with our roster and assets."

The Nets will finish 4th worst, and we will end up with pick 6 or 7 with our lottery luck.

Phoenix getting crushed by the Kings last night makes it seem unlikely they will win @ Minny or @ Milwaukee, and then they have a very tough stretch till the last few games where they are @ NOP, vs. SAC and vs. LAC - since the Pelicans game is on the road and the Suns blow, I see them losing that, and even if they split the last two (they may lose both as the Kings 2nd unit is probably better than their first) then they finish with 21 wins. Now, even if I am optimistic and say they beat Minny or Milwaukee, they finish with 22 wins. And let's be real, the Nets will finish with 23 or 24. Not looking good.

The Suns can easily  beat Minny, the Pelicans and Sacto. David is sitting for NO and the Kings/Minny are very beatable.

It would be nice if the Nets sat Lopez and Young for a few games here and there though.

I agree. And their last game of the season vs the Clips is at home. If the game means nothing to the Clips, I can easily see Doc resting his players. The Suns can easily win that if that is the case against the Clips not so formidably deep bench.

Did anyone else know the nets were playing today? And that they're beating Indiana by 3 with 4 min left?
I could very well see the Hawks... starting Taurean Prince at the 3, who is already better than Crowder, imo.

you vs. the guy she tells you not to worry about

Just a huge 4th quarter collapse from the Pacers.  They were up as much as 14 in the 2nd.  Too many turnovers and their defense was laughable.  Lopez also unstoppable down the stretch.

Looks like we're going to have to be happy with that #4 lottery position.

Indiana are you serious?

Who was the one who said there was a movement to stop the Celtics?

I don't even consider that a lock just yet.

at present, i am guessing the celtics will get the #4 or #5 pick. since i see 5 really good players in this draft, that is fine by me. moving up is a bonus.
I believe Gandhi is the only person who knew about real democracy — not democracy as the right to go and buy what you want, but democracy as the responsibility to be accountable to everyone around you. Democracy begins with freedom from hunger, freedom from unemployment, freedom from fear, and freedom from hatred.

The success of Durant and Brook Lopez post-bone graft has to give hope to Joel Embiid.
