I disagree. Stuckey wasn't all that impressive even on a garbage team like Pistons. Afflalo is a better defender and a better all around player.
Afflalo is what he is ... Stuckey has a lot more to give.
Stuckey is still learning how to use his size effectively as a PG + how to run a team. Give him time. If developed properly, Stuckey should continue to make gradual improvements each season for the next few years.
Afflalo is only a year older than Stuckey. Who is to say he can't improve?

Stuckey is just an undersized SG and nothing more.
Afflalo doesn't fill up a stat sheet but he does all the things you need to do to win that get no statistical credit. He plays good defense, is very effecient, knocks down open shots, and he plays hard and I would love to have him for the price. The 5 years is a little much maybe, but he definitely has 5 good years in him and signing a guy like that to a long contract rewards his loyalty and should spur him to play better I expect.
You need these types of players on a good team and the price is absolutely worth it.
