That double was big for Crawford, predicting that's the beginning of him going on a tear.

Let's hope so.  It will be important for the Red Sox to play well in the upcoming road trip to LA.

and one more thing, is carl crawford the mark blount of baseball now?
Not exactly. He seems to be trying too hard, rather than not at all. Some of the pitches he swung at yesterday made me cringe.

I want to know what they are suddenly putting in our starting pitchers' Gatorades. They've been too amazing as of late.

Are we ignoring 4 wins in a row on the road?

Once we start seein some real consistency i'll be a little more relieved. They're finally doing some good though so it's something to be happy about

And another win tonight behind dominating pitching. Looks like we're certainly on the right track.

I'm not surprised.  The season is so long.  A 10-11 start is more or less equivalent to a 1-1 start in football or a 5-5 or 5-6 start in basketball.

Tons of time left.  They're not out of the woods yet.  But certainly anyone who thought they were done radically underestimated them.

The best part is that the offense hasn't even really clicked yet.  Once that does (and it will) look out.

It's too bad the Red Sox can't play the Angels every night. :)
