Man, this team sucks. Even if they win this game they showed us why none of the "experts" pick them to win the championship, they suck in the 4th quarter.

I can understand the frustration at times....but do you have to be a negative nancy everytime?...I've never seen you give them credit for good wins/wins...if they let a game get close or go on a cold streak...you are always quick with a "This teams sucks" post. Its a game, it happens...especially on back to back nights with a veteran roster...the important thing is that they won...and know how to win.

ok well then how bout this. He hits them when it matters most...when he hasn't been brutally kneed in the thigh by Ron Artest. That pain can take more than a week to go away and from THAT moment exactly he stopped shootin it the same. Go back and watch which game it happend and how he shot after

I recently saw a statistic that said over the last 4 years the Mavericks are first and the Celtics are second in games decided by a close margin.

Well, another close one at home. I'll take the win, no matter how close it was. Portland's a tough out.

It seems to me that thus far we are taking care of business at home. Last year? 24-17 at home. We seem to be improving upon that so far.

There were really only 7 players in rotation tonight. Doc must really not trust the second unit.

Also, if I recall correctly, the Celtics started to lose that big lead after they took Daniels out and put in Pierce. Up until that point, they were playing fantastically for a stretch. There was lots of passing, forcing defensive breakdowns. Then they got lazy somehow. Seemed like they were just trying to wind down the clock.

Nate Robinson hurt his ankle/foot and came out and did not return. That's one less player in the rotation.

Then Semih played his normal five minutes in the first half and in the second half when he'd normally check in check Boston was rolling and building up a big lead. Then the Blazers went very small with a PG, 3 SG, and PF line up.
