Noah annoys me, and he's not a great teammate.  However, the kid can rebound and defend.

Antonio McDyess fills a need of bringing toughness, defensive and rebounding. He was the best "natural" PF remaining and challenges Garnett every time he faces him. He had a great season last year and will be a starter in SA this season. I love that he was available.

Suns select the second(I believe) rookie taken in the draft, James Harden

New Orleans - Joakim Noah

Great pick.

Shocked he lasted this long.  Young, long, athletic, plays defense and seems to be a winner.
Didn't realize how good he was until the series against him in the playoffs.
Noah annoys me, and he's not a great teammate.  However, the kid can rebound and defend.
How is he not a great teammate? Is it because he yells a lot? I don't understand I've never heard this before.
DKC:  Rockets
CB Draft: Memphis Grizz
Players: Klay Thompson, Jabari Parker, Aaron Gordon
Next 3 picks: 4.14, 4.15, 4.19

Only issue I see is (based on his history), the team you are putting around Kobe is going to lead him to ask to be traded.

Not because the talent isn't there.  The experience needed to win isn't there.  (remember, Kobe was on a playoff team with Odom when he asked last time)

He's had a couple of incidents of insubordination with his coaching staff.

agreed to some extent, but i believe this is an older wiser Kobe, one whose prime has another 3 year plus an additional 2 of very good leader gritty veteran in him.  i think surrounding him with talented youngesters is the way to go.  i have some savy vets i am eyeing as the draft goes along...its a long way from over

Defense.

But the offense is 20ppg offense.
