Orlando has the 5.1 pick, and will field inquiries from GMs looking to move up ~10 slots or so in the 5th. We don't think we'll slide down further than the #15 pick in the round.

PM both Gainesville Celtic and myself with your offers. Thanks.

I'm feeling good... Happy with a guy nicknamed "Thad-Yo." It's just not every day you can pick up a Thad-Yo.

How are you?
"Let me call him," Floyd said.

The man shook his head. "O.J. doesn't give out his cell," he said. "He'll call you."

Feeling a little down in the dumps about how unappreciated my team is.

rumor has it that the ORL-PHI trade actually involves 2010 draft picks (never to early to plan ahead) and breaks the time-space continuum (or however you spell that).

and may or may not involve each team.
and may or may not push one of us to the top of the East...

but PHI was right... TPs all around.

Yes the trade involves the Shanghai Sharks, and players that weren't born yet.

Just one GM's POV:

Atlantic - Boston leading by a bunch. Wade 6th in the draft was a steal. They have three plus rebounders up front with experience. One big can stretch out to tripsland and the other has a great mid range game. The other three teams are all pretty close with all seemingly in win now mode.

Central - for me the preference is Chicago because they have the best defensive unit probably in the entire Eastern Conference though I like what Detroit has done.

Southeast - LeBron SchmeBron, Washington by a mile. ;D

Northwest - Denver is obviously going for the Future team but they just might be too young. Other teams that have proven 23-26 year olds might be a better bet in the Future's area. Portland is good. So are the other teams but I see no great team.

Southwest - power conference with possibly 3 teams among the top 10 in the league. San Antonio is a great Future team and Houston and Dallas shine.

Pacific - Buffalo rules here and are my early favs for team of the year.

I'll co-sign here

in all seriousness, how are we handling trading fictional draft picks for the future for the proposes of write ups?

I had an idea at work, but after thinking it through it's too open to corruption....

It pretty much involved giving each team one, and only one future draft pick kicker to make trades with during the post draft trading phase and thus the teams like me who got low pick power in the draft could trade  guys for lesser players and picks for our write ups

but it's something i'd like to see addressed as a team that may look to move guys for future picks (if thats even allowed)

No offense, but I dont think its close
Gilbert
        Wade
Artest>Odom
KG    >Mcdyess
Camby> Nene

Obviously we still have aw whole in the lineup but the only position thats close is Camby and Nene, and Nene has only had one good season and it took him having a great pointguard to finally produce.  Right now you dont have one

Denver is willing to offer one 6 (4) and one 7 (27) for a top half 5th and a bottom 8th.  (or a 9th and 10th)
