Portland is good. So are the other teams but I see no great team.

Good and great is just two picks away...

Haha.  With five all-stars and an up-and-coming big man, I'd put us pretty close to "great" already.

Your up there again this year, but i have some questions about your team. I have a few other teams above you for my championship vote.

the next two picks could sway me into the roy/edgar world domination camp though  ;)

Just one GM's POV:

Atlantic - Boston leading by a bunch. Wade 6th in the draft was a steal. They have three plus rebounders up front with experience. One big can stretch out to tripsland and the other has a great mid range game. The other three teams are all pretty close with all seemingly in win now mode.

Central - for me the preference is Chicago because they have the best defensive unit probably in the entire Eastern Conference though I like what Detroit has done.

Southeast - LeBron SchmeBron, Washington by a mile. ;D

Northwest - Denver is obviously going for the Future team but they just might be too young. Other teams that have proven 23-26 year olds might be a better bet in the Future's area. Portland is good. So are the other teams but I see no great team.

Southwest - power conference with possibly 3 teams among the top 10 in the league. San Antonio is a great Future team and Houston and Dallas shine.

Pacific - Buffalo rules here and are my early favs for team of the year.

Wow I see Boston in last in the Atlantic

C: Joel Pryzbilla, 29 yrs old, behind Dwight Howard at 2nd in rebounds per 48,  Hollinger says: Przybilla has always been a force at the defensive end, but last season he toned down the wild swats for blocks and the blatant goaltending violations and stayed on the floor more often. That helped in two ways -- first, he drew an insane number of charges, and second, his already strong rebound numbers went through the roof. At 7-foot-1 with good athleticism, he's a strong post defender and excels at helping against penetration from the weak side.

your lucky i like ya IP, or else i'd hold an completely irrational  grudge that not only did you get a player i could have had over the guy i took, but that i traded up to take the inferior player through my own donkey style eval of the center position this morning.  ;D ;D

Good pick man, teams looking good.

You only have 4 All Star players, Bibby was never an All Star.

And except for Lewis everyone else is either well past their prime(Redd, Bibby, O'Neal, Manu) or haven't hit their prime(Hawes).

I see a good solid team that could have three injury prone players.

I wouldn't go great. Sorry.

They're better than at least two teams.

I would've taken Gortat if he would've been there at 20. Don't tell anyone.

Denver is waiting till after tomorrow to get into a deep discussion of it's team.  Two picks in the top 15 will go a long way to deciding the fate of this years team.
