Stuckey is a pipe dream. He's never going to be the player Joe Dumars thought he woudl be.

I think he was on a bad team last year with no direction. And even with that still by the end of the season he was being looked at as the go-to guy. This year no AI, no Curry, no Sheed. It's gonna be his team from jump.

As for our club he combines with a young nucleus to make a great running team. He's impossible to keep out of the lane. Just has to work on his shot.
Never underestimate the predictability of stupidity...

As we wind down Day 4, a few things:

- Please post your updated roster on the 30 team roster page thread.  It will be updated by myself or another mod.

- Draft starts up again at 9:20am EST tomorrow.  Please note that there will be no drafting on the weekend. (Sat. & Sun.)

- Trade moratorium will go back up tomorrow at 6pm EST and will extend until 6pm EST on Sunday.  Do not PM any trades during this time!!

- Please review the draft board to make sure things are up to date.  Please PM me with any concerns or issues.

- Important for Week Two.  We are going to keep the morning and afternoon drafting sessions.  However, we will be doing a full round per session and there will be 5 minutes between picks instead of 10.  This begins on Monday. I will post the Week Two schedule in advance

The Grizz have had two three players rise to their attention. This pick is getting harder.

No pressure, but if you pick one of the players I'm interested in I will not give you a single TP for the rest of my Celticsblog career....

j/k

you mean down as in 5(30) or down as in 5(1)?

The Memphis Grizzlies are deciding to make a bold move: They draft Boris Diaw. On Offense the team will look like this: PG: Tony Parker SG: Rudy Gay SF: Bargs PF :Diaw C: Lopez. On Defense Bargs and Diaw will switch. And with that GM KCatthestripe will see you all stateside.

Diaw is an interesting selection.  I'm not sure how I feel about it yet.

With Parker/Gay/Diaw being outrun isn't as big an issue. But I will admit, I wish bargs was at least Dirk fast. ;)

The other thing Diaw does well is make the exxtra pass off a drive and dish. He did it in Phoenix with Nash and he did it in Charlotte with Felton ( I think Diaw was the key for them turning it around.) and he'll do it with TP.

10 tps if someone can break down the entire trade history of this trade using the players actually picked.

I'll toss in 10 TPs myself.

Just so that I don't forget.
