LOL Lakers may be first round exits!

And also, I'm glad to see Minnesota actually being smart. Doncic has 38? No problem. ATTACK him on defense. Same with Reaves. They are just killing those two and taking advantage, and Doncic continues to look winded by the final minutes of the game because he has to work both ends

I'll also say, Reaves the best 3rd option in the NBA? Lol not even close. I truly think he's another Kuzma/Caruso. Lakers who went elsewhere and basically lost a lot of the hype and refs help. If he left most would forget about him. Reaves is still a very solid player but I don't look at him as an all-star, I just don't. He's also terrible on the defensive end like Luka, it'll continue to get exposed.

What a joy to see that Minny won today!   I watched about 2 minutes of the game - an 11-0 Laker run and I couldn't watch anymore.  So glad.   Now finish it Minny!!

Luka had more turnovers (credited with 4, it was more) than he did rebounds and assists (1 rebound, 2 assists).

It was such a strange game from him. Partly brilliant (a lot of the scoring in his 38pts) and part terrible (turnovers, lack of rebounding, defense, overdribbling in Q4).

That might be a torn Achilles for Dame Lillard. Really feel bad for the guy, working himself back just to get hurt again.

BREAKING: There?s fear that Damian Lillard tore his Achilles, per @ChrisBHaynes

Haynes is Dame?s mouthpiece, so likely something to this.

If true, this likely seals a Giannis trade this summer.

He is already packing his bags for Miami

Dame is done. Maybe forever.

Bucks are done. They have zero talent on that roster and are cap strapped.

Giannis is going to ask for a trade.

Not that the chances of coming back down 3-1 aren't stacked against them as it is and I understand that the lakers supporting cast is pretty rough, but that's a pretty bad message to send to the rest of your team.  After not playing the entire second half and then the uncertainty of your future as the lakers will have to restructure around Luka.

If it was an elimination game I get it but morale has to be pretty rough if you're one of those guys who didn't play in the second half.  Even if they won, it's still 2-2 and a dogfight and you alienate half your team.  No way you're going the rest of the series only playing those five guys.

Jaren Jackson Jr got the $345mil supermax deal.

In the series with OKC, he played 34 minutes a game putting up 16.2ppg 5.0rpg 1.5apg 0.5bpg. He shot 38% from the field, 36% fom three with about half of his shots coming from three, and was 19-19 from the FT line. 48% TS%. He had 11 turnovers vs 6 assists in the 4 games.

Ja Morant (47.5% TS%) and Desmond Bane (43.8% TS%) fared little better. It was their role players like Aldama, Scottie Pippen Jr, and Zach Edey that had acceptable scoring efficiency.

Still, that is miserable production & efficiency for a guy earning $345 million. JJJ needs to be better than that. He deserves more criticism for his poor performances than he is getting.

This is incorrect.  He is eligible to sign that deal in July, taking effect in 2026.  This year he is earning $25.3 million and next year he is getting $23.4 million, which are relative bargains.

If Orlando puts some shooters around Banchero, Wagner, Suggs, that team is going to be a problem for years.

Really hope MIL wins this series. IND really bugs me.

That will be Cleveland's problem, thankfully.
