Clippers vs. Warriors is the most important game tomorrow... unless the Nuggets, Wolves, and Grizzlies all lose, in which case it doesn't matter and the order is the same either way lol
Hardwood Paroxysm
@HPbasketball
either
Warriors win: Clippers-Nuggets-Warriors tied, it goes 4 Clips 5 Nuggets 6 Warriors based on cumulative H2H.
or
Clippers win: Clippers 50 wins, Nuggets and Warriors 49, Nuggets H2H advance: 4 Clippers 5 Nuggets 6 Warriors

Josh Hart 3PT% splits

Oct to end of Dec = 44 for 112 for 39.3% in 32gms
Jan to Apr = 40 for 140 for 28.6% in 45gms

I was surprised his 3PT% had dropped so much from where it was earlier in the year. His 3 point game has collapsed these last few months.

So it sounds like if Golden State wins tomorrow, they play LAL first round. If they lose and MIN takes care of business vs. Utah, MIN is the 6 seed and play LAL while GSW is likely in the play-in.

It's kind of crazy though that Denver is the 4 seed now but could still be a play-in team after tomorrow if certain things happen

Who has the best chance to beat the lakers?  That's all I care about.

Would've been nice if the Lakers are in the 4/5 bracket. The 3 seed bracket gives them an easier path to the WCF and possibly NBA finals. 2-seed Rockets are good but not great. Hope Warriors or Wolves can upset but long shot

I personally think the Warriors. Definitely not the Wolves.

Thought the same but I think it's to avoid B2Bs, since everyone plays the final game of the season, all between 1 and 3:30 PM

That and to have an open day in case there was a postponement earlier in the season that still needed to be made up.

The above graph is interesting (I won't repeat it).  I find it interesting to note the teams that have 2 likely hall of famers:

GSW  (Curry and Butler)
LAC   (Leonard and Harden)
LAL   (LeBron and Doncic)
MIL   (Giannis and Lillard*)
(*Injured currently)

and then the "maybe" tandems:

BOS  (Tatum and Brown?)
CLE   (Mitchell and ? )
MIN  (Edwards and ?)
OKC  (SGA and ?)

There are some key injuries also.  Lillard has been out and there is some hope he could come back, but not sure how likely it is that he will have an impact.  Mitchell has missed about a week with a sprained ankle.  I think they expect him to play, but will he be 100%  in terms of performance and on going durability?  Then there is Brown.  I would say that of these 3 injuries, that BOS has the best chance to withstand it, but not having Brown at 100% is a factor.

Hope Golden State wins today. At least they can give LAL a bit of a fight. I have no faith Minnesota can with Ant and that one-man show

My Western Conference Power Rankings entering the playoffs

(1) OKC
(2) GSW
(3) LAC
(4) LAL

(5) DEN
(6) MIN

(7) HOU
[8] DAL
(9) MEM
(10) SAC

I think the top 4 are all contenders in the West. I am not convinced by DEN and MIN. I see them as a firm step below the rest. Then the bottom 4 are just there to make up the numbers. Playoff fodder.
