Pacers win. Knicks up 1 game with 2 games to go.

NYK  50-30
IND  49-31

ORL @ IND

Yeah that's terrible for us. If we have to play Indiana 2nd round while Cleveland plays NY...

I agree. Orlando => Indiana => Cleveland => Oklahoma City is the most difficult playoff path for the Celtics that I can think of.

I mean if we struggle beating a .500 Orlando team then we have bigger issues to worry about. But I expect the Celtics to drop one of the first two home games like how they do annually and give Orlando some false hopes (or motivation).

I'm not predicting any Celtics sweeps, but Orlando is the only team I think can push us to a 6th game in a series. I feel confident we'd gentlemen sweep the others (MIA, ATL, CHI).

But yeah, that path of Orlando-Indiana-Cleveland-OKC would be rough. Compared to the alternative of Atlanta/Chicago/Orlando-New York-Cleveland-OKC

I think Orlando is perhaps the most dangerous team in the East. They might not be there yet and are missing Suggs, but their size, defense and stars in Banchero and Wagner could be a big problem. I definitely rate Orlando higher than New York or Milwaukee for instance. The slower style of the playoffs benefits them as well.

You do realize that Banchero missed months as did Wagner due to oblique injuries. If those guys are playing the whole year they are well over .500, which is what they were last season.

Orlando won't be an easy out even with Suggs out.  there's some real talent there and they're a big team which bothers the C's typically

I wouldn't sleep on the Clippers and Warriors, especially if Kawhi is actually healthy and available for the playoffs which he is trending towards this time.

Pacers and Knicks sitting players tonight. Nobody wants the third seed in the East. Boston is that intimidating.

I know we would like to see the easiest first two rounds as possible but it could be a lot worse. Go look at the WCF standings and just count your blessings. Can you imagine having to deal with Minnesosta or Golden State in the first round? lol The East is a two team conference filled with spoilers.

Pacers getting absolutely blasted by the Magic 66-39. NY may keep the 3 seed

Looks like Knicks are locking up the 3 seed with how the Pacers are getting blown out tonight against Orlando.

The 4/5 matchup will be a fun, bloodthirsty 7-game series. Hoping both teams exhaust each other to exhaust the Cavs. The 3/6 matchup is gonna be interesting. The Pistons are very physical. All it takes is losing one home game and you're screwed. I give the edge to Detroit in this series.

I'd like a Battle of LA in round 1. Or a clash of California.
