Yikes.

Marcus Smart suffered a serious finger injury and will likely be out 6+ weeks

Yeah, just saw that.  Happened vs. Dallas the other night.  Means he’ll miss his return to Boston, which is really unfortunate.

I hope he still makes the trip so he can get a nice standing ovation from the crowd.

NBA Draft May be a 2 night thing this season but still pending..round 1 one night, round 2 second night..more money making thing

If the NBA was smart they would do the lottery teams on the first night and the rest of the draft on the second.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

They'll fish up something by February...the same way they got Gasol for nothing, or Rui Hachimura or Jared Vanderbilt or D'Lo for practically scraps.

Of course, now they’d probably like to lose a couple of Rui, Vanderbilt, and DLo, so scraps doesn’t seem as outrageous as it did last year.

Beal looks phenomenal. I think the Suns are taking a turn towards serious in the next few months

Looks like some teams didn't get the memo today that it was gonna be a rout fest.

Whoever bet money on the favorites won big today.

This makes no sense really. It may make more sense for the NBA, but not sure how it makes sense for the network. Sounds like a ratings bomb in the making.

I’m obviously pretty die hard nba fan but I would only watch if Celtics had one of the top 5 second round picks. NBA is a little arrogant about how much they think fans care about stuff. I also expect IST ratings to go down next year after the series tanked the pacers and lakers for three weeks (at least nobody got hurt)

I don't pay much attention to the draft other than the Celtics picks.
Having said that, it's amazing how many of the current elite players were chosen in the 2nd round.
You just never know, though the players most underrated seem to have been foreign guys.

lol Vanderbilt is the most overrated player on this forum. He is a very mediocre role player. Rui is not much better.

For this sharing the highlights of him picking up a guard full court or whatever last year he is averaging 2.5 points and 4 rebounds and shooting 36% from field and 7% from three. Can we finally just admit he sucks?

Love watching the Lakers get their ass kicked, though at some point, I want a piece of them in the finals again.
The best part of their struggles is watching Davis and Lebron fail after they forced their way to glitz-town.
That fluke title they got in the bubble remains annoying.
