“Speaking Friday, Wilson said the team's decision-makers told him on "the Monday or Tuesday" after the Broncos' Oct. 29 win over the Chiefs that they would bench him if he didn't adjust that $37 million guarantee.”

Can this also be a class action lawsuit? They're bullying their employee.

Denver Broncos is a cancerous organization. Sean Payton is also a cancerous personnel. Classless and lack of professionalism.

No, his contract is under a collective bargaining agreement.  There’s a process if he has a grievance.  Notably, also, he was not benched in October.

Right, because they were winning games at that point.

Great game between Detroit and Dallas, only to be ruined by a truly horrific penalty. Referee Brad Allen should just admit that he messed up and got the eligible offensive lineman wrong. Everything screams the Lions did everything correct. The gutless referee even doubled down in the post game on what he thought he heard.

Lions got robbed. Successful 2-point conversion nullified because ineligible receiver, despite the lineman reporting to the ref prior to the snap. Refs rigged game for Dallas. Refs had money on Dallas.

But what could've been if the Lions converted and had 23 secs left? Can Dak drive down field with CeeDee Lamb and get into Brandon Aubrey's FG range and win the game?

Dallas defense played like a Superbowl defense tonight though. Can they actually beat San Francisco in a rematch, in Santa Clara?

Dallas is more likely to lose to the Bucs than beat San Fran.

Ravens/Dolphins game is fun to watch.  So many amazing plays by both teams (more by Ravens so far).  Super entertaining game if you need something fun to watch (I know the Pats are playing fairly well).

Bills can absolutely win the AFC East if the scores hold. I see them beating Miami next week

If that happens, they are the 2 seed. Wowzers.

Meanwhile in that scenario, Chiefs probably play Dolphins in the wild card round which is exciting.

Miami is my Dad's team, and I route for them when the Bears are out of contention.  I'm a big fan of Tua and Waddle from their college days.  The Fins just can't seem to get over the hump.

Meanwhile, the Ravens have put together another really good season without a lot of hype.  They're a great example of finding the right people in management, and not panicking if there are a handful of poor seasons over time.

Classic Baker Mayfield. He's generated a buzz once again and now underperforming in the first half. I think people want to like Baker, including myself.
The only real mistake is the one from which we learn nothing.

New Orleans Saints built to pummel the Bucs in the regular season. Even Brady had a tough time with 'em. Except in the playoffs  ;D

My two biggest takeaways about the Dolphins are, they need Hill AND Waddle for Tua and the team to be successful, and the second is, even with DC Fangio, Ramsey, and other pieces on defense they really can't stop good teams. Most of them have been able to easily put up 30+ on them, and sometimes by halftime.

This isn't a Tua-Mac comparison or saying that Tua is bad, but yeah, it's obvious Tyreek Hill is the MVP of that team and probably the league. It's night-and-day. Tua benefits from having elite weapons kind of like Purdy, and a system with creative offense and elite offensive coaches

If the score holds, Baltimore will have played 5 teams that were at least 3 games over .500 entering the game.  They will be 5-0 and here are the scores

Lions - 38-6
Seahawks - 37-3
@ Jaguars - 23-7
@ Niners - 33-19
Dolphins - through 3 quarters 35-13 (they were up 20 last year against Miami in the 4th and lost, so I'm not yet counting the Dolphins out)

The 3 losses they've had were OT to the Colts 22-19, 17-10 @ Pittsburgh, and 33-31 to Browns.  In all 3 of those games they were winning the game inside the 2-minute warning (they weren't even losing at any point in the Cleveland game until the FG went through after the clock was 0).

well 42-19 now and the Dolphins just failed on a 4th and 13 from like their own 30.  So this game is over.

Imagine how good the Ravens would be if they still had Dobbins and Andrews (along with a healthier defense).

As is, the playoffs is, and always has been, what matters to Lamar and the Ravens.  Lamar has not been good in the playoffs, he has to play well this year and they may need a SB appearance, if not win, this year to really validate the season and Lamar as a worthy MVP winner (which he basically locked up his 2nd today I think).
