Hate to say, but the Lakers also have that "killer instinct" we all wish the C's had. In fact, only series this round going 7 is ours. Which was probably unexpected. Denver, Miami and LAL have all basically taken care of business, and when they had the chances to close out their series in a 5th or 6th game, they took care of business. C's goofed around and now it's going 7. Last round, they goofed around Game 5 and it took 6 just to beat Atlanta (and not too far from going 7 that round either)

Sounds like 2008 allover again.

Except in 2008 we only faced elimination twice and that's having two Game 7s. And the C's were unstoppable at the TD Garden that run until they stumbled onto the Pistons.

It took a nailbiter to put the Hawks away for good. Seriously. If they blew another defensive assignment or get another turnover that could've easily gone ATL way. Trae wasn't missing at all.

After LeBron having that LeMeltdown in Boston over that missed call, the change in script is pretty incredible. Lakers total FTs 160 over GSW's 80. I expect the rig games to continue against Denver. They'll put Vando on Jokic with AD helping. LeBron on Gordon or MPJ, and Lakers' perimeter guys against Murray and their team.

And unbelievable that Darvin Ham outcoached Steve Kerr...wish we had Darvin Ham over this shmuck.

Weren't the Warriors a pretty awful road team all year?  They declined pretty significantly this year as a team despite continued individual greatness from Curry.  They weren't as strong an opponent as they've been in recent years.

I don't really consider Kerr a great coach. Might be a hot take, but I mean when he missed time during the postseason before (2017), Mike Brown filled in and went something like 11-0 with them. Warriors have been loaded for a long time.

This was the first year in a while they had to navigate adversity and he looked like he was facing adversity himself. Kept guys like Kuminga and Moody on the bench a lot while letting Poole look garbage but continuously playing him. The rotations looked weird in some of the games as well.

He definitely has the accolades, but honestly I think Mark Jackson could have also won some titles with the Warriors if he stayed especially if Durant was on those teams too.

Has to be from that punch incident that derailed their team chemistry and morale. Game 6 Klay looked like a fraud, and throughout the series...he just might want to take a discount to stay with the team. And, I guess, losing Wiseman hurt them at this point of time. Still can't believe the C's couldn't capitalize on that opportunity last year...GSW was very beatable.

That's true too. I think you meant Luke Walton...even someone like him was winning like hell. It's the players with the talent while the coach rode on the coattails. Anyone coaching that Warriors team could've won rings lol

Kerr was being too conservative with Kuminga and Moody. Trading Wiseman and esp paying Poole that contract biggest mistake they've made

Not just that but they even traded Wiseman away. It was probably for cap savings, but even then it does seem like these lottery picks they draft, they can't develop. I'd put that on coaching.

DEN > LAL
PHI > LAL
BOS > LAL
MIA = LAL

LAL got a long way to go. A long hard uphill battle to a title.

The Lakers plus the refs is the team that scares me.

Not seeing that anywhere.

Would be shocked if it happened tbh.

Could have been a bad report/fake account. I was surprised as well.
