Not thrilled that the Lakers are (likely) advancing, but I’m pretty happy not having to see any more of Draymond Green for the rest of the postseason. This is probably the end of the Warriors dynasty as well.

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Tough to find a good fit for Ayton. I think it would have to be a bad, young team or a desperate team to take a chance on him at that $. The two best fits I can see are the Piston (bad, young) and Hawks (desperate).

For the Hawks, I think the Capela/Collins package that was mentioned makes some sense.

For the Pistons, you're probably looking at something like Bagley, Wiseman, and Burks?
I'd take him here.  Not sure I'd do this, but I'd think about it.

Ayton for Smart, Gallo, PP

I think that would balance the team more and we'd get younger in the main rotation.

Top 8 would be White, Brogdon, Brown, Tatum, Grant, Al, Rob, Ayton.  I think that fits a bit better as a top 8.

Smart would be pretty solid in the Paul role for Phoenix so it makes sense on their end as well.

Trading Smart for Ayton would be a great way to make us the softest team in the league. I live in Phoenix and watch a fair amount of the Suns. Believe me when I say you want no part of Ayton on the Celtics.

Steph 29pts but only 10-27 FGA. 6-6 FTA.

Klay 8pts on 3-19 FGA.
Wiggins 6pts on 2-8 FGA.
Poole 7pts on 3-7 FGA.

The only guy that showed up to help Steph was DiVincenzo with 16pts. They got 3 guys up there who are 20ppg threats. What a no-show effort.

I legitimately can’t believe the Warriors gave Poole that contract. He’s absolute garbage. Probably the worst contract in the league

You forgot about Simmons

I don't care much for Draymond as a person but he is the kind of voice this team needs in the huddle now that a rook is coaching the team.

LBJ with a throwback 30pts 9ast 9reb 10-14 FGA 8-11 FTA. AD with a 17pts 20reb 2stl 2blk 5-9 FGA 7-10 FTA domination.

A Reaves with 23pts on 7-12 FGA 5-5 FTA and 6 assists. D Russell with 19pts on 15 shots.

LA hard to beat when all four guys play well. Dang near impossible to beat when LBJ and AD play like MVP talent on top of that.

Not sure what to think of LAL vs. Denver. WIll be interesting to see how LAL's older guys hold up in the altitude. Classic good defense/mediocre offense (LAL) versus good offense/mediocre defense (DEN) series.

I think I give the edge to Denver. While I think AD will make Jokic work a lot and limit some of his efficiency and effectiveness, I think their shooters will do enough to keep them in games. I also think James and AD will be wore down by the altitude and style of the Nuggets, as well as having to guard Jokic all series long. AD hasn't really had to guard any substantial offensive or physical big yet.

Way ahead of you - if I don't use the rest of my script Sunday for Game 7.

I despise the Warriors, but I despise the Lakers more, so this stinks. Lakers gonna beat Denver as long as LeBron and AD stay healthy.

And Klay Thompson looks cooked.

After watching that rout, I think the Lakers are going to the finals. They're deep and they have very healthy LeBron and Davis. Lakers in 6 over Denver.

Sucks, but that is how things are. AD will give Jokic some trouble scoring inside. LeBron has that deep-run playoff experience versus most of these guys and that'll be a factor.
