So glad we're done with Lowry.

As bad as Giannis, Bam (the illegal screens EVERY time), etc. have been I truly think Lowry takes the cake. All the guy does is flop around and cry to the refs + sidelines and somehow he gets away with it too. It's hard to say, "go at Lowry on defense" because somehow the refs will call every charge on Lowry even if he never gets touched  ::) ::) ::)

After these last two series man I could really use the three days off LOL. I mean after the Bucks series we still didn't get any time off really (just 1 day off). Let the heart stabilize and stock up on more heart/anxiety medications

I'm already imagining listening to play-by-play in the Finals against the Warriors and hearing commentators reminding me that Miami is really banged up, you know?

had the refs called game right

smarts misses albeit unaceptable to miss 3 in a row

would not have mattered nor would have butlers shot because we woulda been up 15 or 20

so screw the league

we overcame all adversity and still won

i will take it

EAST CHAMPIONS
LET'S GO CELTICS!

MVP should be whoever took away the Strus 3 well after the fact in the 3rd quarter. We essentially got a cool 4 point FT from Rob. I've seen them turn a 3 into a 2, but can't say I've ever seen them take away a basket completely in that manner.

Yeah, not sure how you overrule that one. Unless it was one where they signaled to check it after the fact similar to a toe on the line three pointer. But not sure that I like that call there. If you don't get it in live action, don't think you should be able to go back way after the fact and change it.

Just funny how the league tries to straddle the fence of wanting accuracy in their officiating while also not wanting to slow down the game, leading to this weird mixed bag of reviewable and non-reviewable calls.

It’s weird.  I know we lost a Horford 3 early in the playoffs for the same thing.  But I guess it’s something that’s easy to review, so it’s better to get it right on replay than not.  Since coaches can’t challenge no calls, it makes sense in a way.  They do the same thing with 24-second violations — if they rule it good on the floor they might take it back later if it came too late.  It was a little weird to almost see them wave off that Grant putback when they weren’t sure if it hit the rim, because the replay center would have corrected them if they counted it in the floor but it was in fact late.

Respect to Spoelstra for his presser. He was very complimentary about our current team and the years it took to get here. It must really suck to lose a game 7 as a coach - especially one who has experienced so much success - and he really kept it classy.

he's a hell of a coach. Tbh i dont think we really solved their defensive schemes yet and that worries me for the next series if GSW can try and replicate that. Hope the guys figure it out.

GS is nowhere near as gritty and they don't have anybody who can just grind out possessions like Jimmy. Of course they are world class in terms of ball movement and shooting, and they do have a solid defense, but it'll be nice to get out of the trenches and play our game again. The teams are actually really even if healthy.

Bottle this thought and check back after seeing Draymond Green for a few games.

Yet his FTs seal the game calm down
No, that was just dumb dumb basketball. Any of our guys wouldve hit those free throws. He missed swing passes to Jaylen in the corner twice and 2 times he couldve drove in for easy mid range or floater and the one time he actually drove the ball he threw up the most wild contested attempt at a layup all game. He wanted so bad to be the hero that he almost blew it for us. Am I happy with the outcome? Abso-freaking-lutely! But that was some boneheaded basketball at the end. We gotta be better than that!
everyone got so sensitive after 9-11... thanks alot bin laden

the c’s have matched up well with golden state over the past few years. the current c’s team has proven to be much grittier and more mature. i like our chances.

It will be nice playing against a less physical team, especially because of how physical we are ourselves. I don't think Curry & Poole will enjoy playing defence against this team

i will have to watch reply on DVR

that is troubling if he missed JB on a corner three

JB sinks that
