MVP should be whoever took away the Strus 3 well after the fact in the 3rd quarter. We essentially got a cool 4 point FT from Rob. I've seen them turn a 3 into a 2, but can't say I've ever seen them take away a basket completely in that manner.

Yeah, not sure how you overrule that one. Unless it was one where they signaled to check it after the fact similar to a toe on the line three pointer. But not sure that I like that call there. If you don't get it in live action, don't think you should be able to go back way after the fact and change it.

Just funny how the league tries to straddle the fence of wanting accuracy in their officiating while also not wanting to slow down the game, leading to this weird mixed bag of reviewable and non-reviewable calls.

not a fan of Tatum wearing the Kobe arm band.  needs to learn what franchise he plays for
Would it be different if the arm band was black and not purple?
should have been Celtic Green and had any number of one of the greats we lost this season.  I know he did it for motivation but can't imagine it would have been well received in the Garden.   new generation I guess that follows the individual rather than the franchise

He plays for the Celtics and is the face of the franchise. If he wants to draw inspiration from his childhood idol, who cares?

Some of you are really hyper focusing on weird things after we win a huge game 7 on the road.

I bet these people were mad at Bill Russell for wearing Kobe Laker's shirt after his death.

considering how lopsided the officiating was tonight to keep Miami in the game, that's the least that could go in the C's favor

Boy, did I hate that game. The refs kept it way closer than it should've been.

But it ended right. Good night.

We beat the two best players left in the playoffs in Giannis and Butler.  I mean Butler was having a monster playoff run except for those two bad games he had against us.  No disrespect to Curry, but he is much more guardable than Giannis and Butler.  Same thing with Klay.

This is our year.  Take care of the ball and we can win it all.

I'm not  as confident as you but I really like the take. Can't wait to see if GSW looks like another level up from the previous competition... or maybe not.

Exactly! The FT’s were beyond huge he sunk…swish on both…We also forget he has been hobbled but we need to clean up late game play and get it to one of our shooting stars. In finals, they have a shooter who never misses so we need to raise it up another level once again!

Not only did I stop myself from posting until I knew we were gonna win, I didnt monitor the boxscores till 3rd quarter, and didnt watch the game until 1:30 in the 4th. I monitored the game from the forums (which was pretty funny tbh, I for sure thought we were down based on comments save for the occasional "dont let up" that signals we were leading)

Well now its time for me to watch the whole game on replay.

Respect to Spoelstra for his presser. He was very complimentary about our current team and the years it took to get here. It must really suck to lose a game 7 as a coach - especially one who has experienced so much success - and he really kept it classy.

he's a hell of a coach. Tbh i dont think we really solved their defensive schemes yet and that worries me for the next series if GSW can try and replicate that. Hope the guys figure it out.

let them get big heads and over confudent

we can pound them down low

however we must be willing to give up some twos down low

we must run curry and klay off 3 line

make someone else beat us down low

and i like our chances if timelord is healthy
