Dude balled out.

Has added heaps to his game. Good drives, drive & kick, both when people bite on his corner 3 shot-fake. Kept shooting well enough. Improved HEAPS on defense.

Love his work.

Lets hope he does not want to be a one or a two featured player like Harden or Hayward did. If so, it could be short lived as a greeny.

I’ve got the feeling he knows he’s in a system and a city that loves him. He knows he can be that three/four guy alongside JT/Smart/JB (the duo is now JT/Smart IMHO with JB as our third guy). $20 million per year here is a lot better than risking falling down somewhere else at $25 million/year. What’s beautiful about Grant’s emergence is that if JB won’t commit to an extension, we can deal him as an expiring contract and not miss as much as I’ve always feared because Grant is clearly a starter who steps up in big moments. This series proved that. Remarkable performance and growth for a guy in his third season who was drafted near the end of the 1st.

In any case, I suspect we’ll be matching whichever offer he gets.

I think grant Williams is self aware to realize he wasn’t creating these wide open threes beating his man off the dribble or on harden style step backs. Very good player, but don’t think anyone is gonna view him as an all star.

Just can't help yourself with taking cheap shots at JB and declaring he needs to be dealt....even in a Grant Williams thread.

Absurd. Maybe we should trade Brown for Lu Dort

Oh man. Remember when Baby's biggest enemy was the rim?

How many times did he fail to dunk? :')

I didn't know 3 question marks automatically turned into this emote. Excited for version 4 of Big baby (jokingly), while fully enjoying the current Grant Williams version.

Big Baby was the worst, but also the best.

Do you even watch the games? Grant was good 2 out of the 7 games in the series. He’s been pretty bad as a starter, overall. Smart is not a duo with Tatum… I love Smart, but the C’s still win a lot of Games with White at point, they are not winning a ton of games without Brown and his offense. Tatum/Brown is a top 3 duo in the NBA. Yeesh..

At some point you have to blame the performance on the court on the players on the court. Every loss is not the coach's fault and every win isn't because of the players.

Grant was terrific tonight but a lot of people are hostage to the moment. He's a role player who chimed in at an opportune time, not someone you warp your cap structure for.
