Kyrie stomped on the logo!
No excuse for that.

I hope our boys remember the disrespect!

Go ask forgiveness somewhere else.  As far as I am concerned; he is Celtics enemy  #1  >:(
Unfortunately his ex-teammates (Smart especially along with the Jays) don't feel the same. No one will knock him on his arse. I hope Grant will and I hope Ime will encourage some hard fouls on Kyrie. This could turn really physical if the Net gets bruised a little.
I just wish Time Lord was alive to play in this series. He'll be missed with his defense and rebounding and smashing lobs.

Did something happen last night that I missed?

It is well documented.

Thanks coco, I am well aware of Kyrie's stunt.  I was attempting to be funny regarding the comment that Rob may not be alive!

If he showed genuine remorse and actually apologized for all of his antics, I'd probably let things rest. However, Kyrie is a textbook narcissist, so actually admitting fault is tantamount to falling on the sword to him. It's never gonna happen.

Pretty much this.

He’s literally never publicly admitted any wrongdoing on his part whatsoever, and he continues to do controversial things to stir up the relationship, like stomping on the logo just last year. Yet, it’s the C’s fans who should move on and forgive him? Forget about it!
I'd prefer the Kyrie thing take up less space than it does but I do agree with this take. Someone expecting forgiveness without even the hint of an apology is narcissism. And there's no question Kyrie was 100% in the wrong with how he acted in Boston and with his exit.

Lol maybe they should put up some highlights of Kyrie's "leadership" three years ago in the Milwaukee series.
This isn't a bad idea.

It just proves that he said because he's a self-serving ****. Nothing genuine about what he says

He should have been kicked from the game.  Fans get kicked for heckling the players.  He'll get a slap on the wrist fine.  I dislike Kyrie more then any other sports player in the 44 years I've watched sports.

Gotta give Cryrie credit though, he nearly dragged his team to victory today.

That’s a great idea. Start of game two, announce a “Kyrie Tribute Video” where the 2018 playoff run is the start of the clips, showing clips of Kyrie sitting on the bench at random games while Horford, Tatum, Brown and Smart led us to the ECF. Then show his “if y’all will have me, I’m coming back” and then finish with the 2019 Bucks series with circus music on all his shots. Close with “Thanks for the Memories, Kyrie!” with his smiling face landing onto a flat earth picture similarly to the Neil Armstrong moon landing photo, followed by “ha-ha-ha” caption/laughs and the line “one small step for some man on some planet, one giant leap for weird-kind...” Cut to black.

Kyrie Irving 2 days ago:
“I hope we could move past my Boston era and reflect on some of the highlights I left at TD Garden that they can replay.”

Kyrie Irving today:
5' 10" former point guard

Career highlight: 1973-74 championship, Boston Celtics

Career lowlight: traded for a washing machine

I would respect Kyrie so much more if he channeled 2012 ECF Game 6 LeBron and being above it all/accepting being the villain.

I think he lacks the self-awareness for that, though.
I'm bitter.
