I said countless times here that I felt if Toronto were to go down, it would be because of Lowry. To his credit, he did have some good games in the ECF and has had 2 good games in the Finals so far.
However, that was abysmal from him late last night. Literally all the non-Kawhi players on the court look terrified to shoot, including Lowry. Had a good game until the final 3 minutes. Missed a few shots down the stretch that could have iced the game for TOR, including the final one (although yes, Draymond may have tipped it, but looking at replay it still didn't look like it affected the shot that much. It was still a bad shot and hit the side of the backboard).
I forgot if this was Lowry in particular, but someone drove to the hoop as the shotclock was expiring and then just heaved it to the perimeter where no one was there and basically it became a backcourt violation. I think that was Lowry but correct me if I'm wrong.
Kawhi did all he could near the end, but that ill-advised timeout really cost them as it allowed GSW to reset still down a manageable 6 points.
