Shocked by Philly...
I'm more shocked by Toronto...
Are you really? This is who Toronto has been all year for the most part. Kawhi is awesome. Siakam is very good. And then they have a bunch of role players (and a very deep bench). They've only ever really looked awesome when they have multiple role players play like they aren't role players (but they are role players so that doesn't happen consistently). Philly has the best starting lineup in the East and have since they acquired Harris (and frankly might have had it before the Harris trade). The playoffs are always about top heaviness because rotations shrink, starters play more minutes, etc. The only reason I had any doubt about Philly entering the series was Embiid's health, but when the Sixers won game 2 with Embiid still not looking all that good I figured the rails could come for the Raptors. They aren't dead yet as the Sixers don't have someone like Lebron James, but at this point if Embiid can stay reasonably healthy the rest of the series, I'd be pretty surprised if the Sixers lose the series. Top heaviness almost always wins in the playoffs.
