I do think Danny should have traded for Paul George. If Indy's final demands were reported accurately, then I think Danny made a mistake.
But, when grading the off-season, I'm looking at the team we're putting on the floor. I don't think it's fair to judge Danny against only one possible set of outcomes. Sure, we could have gotten George. We also could have taken Jackson at #1, or messed up the Hayward presentation.
I'd give the total package anywhere from a B to an A, based upon where Fultz and Tatum end up career wise. There's no way that a team that adds an all-star and a top-3 pick only had an average (or below) off-season.
