1. That doesn't seem particularly "irate" to me.
2. Why the heck would anyone cheer for Hayward?! Miss Jeff Green much?
Why do you compare him to Jeff Green? Hayward consistently is the offensive creator for the Jazz, Green wasn't consistent doing anything his whole career. Hayward is the type of guy who can get you a bucket in the playoffs when the other team double Isaiah.
Not sold on who he is as a basketball player. Three years ago he couldn't score more than 16 ppg on a team where the other scoring threats were Derrick Favors and Trey Burke. I am also unsure about his defense and about the fact that he has played in more than 78 games once in his career so far.

Jeff Green never averaged 20 points a game, so it's pretty fair to say that is a really bad comp. Facts just don't back your claim.

Oh yeah, this is huge news set to dominate Boston Sports talk radio for the rest of the week huge news. Proud I broke it on CB.

Don't take too much credit, JSD - jpotter had this to say at 10:34pm in the game thread last night.

I guess Jae got a little upset that some of our fans were cheering on Hayward in the intros, presumably due to wanting him as a free agent. Going to be interesting to see how that would play out if getting him as a free agent put Jae back to the bench.

It was then discussed for a couple of pages there before you 'broke it' about 1 1/2 hours later in this thread.

As for the actual story, I am really disappointed in Jae. I get that everybody has the right to be upset about whatever is ailing them, but not on social media, and certainly not at a fan base who has supported him so much. He has gone from being my favorite Celtic to definitely not...bummer

I made it a thread with since deleted screenshots that I uploaded myself. But don't worry, you probably got more love (tps) for saying, "YES!" in the game thread or making a fantasy trade. That's the way it works around here. So don't worry, I didn't get "too much credit".

Yeah, that's it. Go check the game threads and see how much I actually post. Rather than repeatedly talking about how awesome you are for starting a thread on the topic, why not actually give the credit to the actual person (jpotter) who 'broke' the news on CB.

You sure seem like a pleasant person.

Wait is this real? Are we really discussing this? It's not that serious. Also, wasn't taking aim at you there it was a general statement. Tps have become a joke.

I love Jae Crowder and I'm a big fan. We need a center not another small forward. We have Jae and Jaylen.

JAE CROWDER on Twitter: "@GlennDOrdway < NOT AT ALL JUST STATING SIGNS OF DISRESPECT. U KAN KALL IT WHATEVER U LIKE"

This tweet to me has racial undertones. He spells kan kall it with k's. A lot of people have been doing this on Facebook since Trump was elected , referring to the kkk.

Either Jae is not literate or he is saying its racism because c's fans want a white guy to replace him.

I understand his frustration, but this is just dumb.

If that's what he's implying then I'm sorry he does not belong here. The last thing this team needs is locker room problems. This team already needs help with rebounding woes and rim protection.

What does this say about Krispy Kreme?

Or my favorite childhood ride at Paragon Park; "Kooky Kastle".

There's a fried seafood place a town over from me called Kream n Kone (what does that N stand for amidst those phonetically correct but misplaced K's?)

And those "U"s instead of "You"'s.  Maybe a double meaning of "usurper"?

My whole reality is changed.

On a side note:  A big non-C's fan MVP chant for JSD for breaking the news.  ;)

I hope Jae can get out of his own way on this one and get back to business on the court.

Yup

Crowder got upset. It happens. He's an emotional and vocal leader which is why we love him. People aren't allowed to express how they feel? What about when LBJ explicitly said the word, 'posse,' was racist and ignorant?

For those who said you lost respect for Crowder... Good! All the more power to you! I hope he takes your dislike and hate towards him, and uses it as motivation. This entire team is full of players who have issues or have been underestimated their entire lives... There is nothing more than I plead for, than for our players to play like last year; with a huge chip on their shoulder, even if it comes at the expense of our own fans not supporting our players necessities.

I'll solve this dispute, fellas.  In a moment of absolute clarity, I correctly identified the cause of Crowder's theatrics.  After regaining consciousness, I then transferred my premonition to the written word:

What if he's knowingly being included in trade offers?  Seems possible.  Don't really take issue with what he said, but the tweet re: leaving was over the top imo.

This wasn't entirely me... I've had a great family and support network for years.  I'd also like to thank JSD for creating this thread and providing me with an opportunity to continue to grow my talents.

Sure. Mike James, on the other hand, once averaged 20.3 ppg. But that's not exactly the point here.

10 hours. Not bad.
not a bad job of illustrating the importance of context.

Quotes 1 and 2 are in response to someone talking about the racist history of Boston. In context it appears rondohondo was saying Celtics fans didnt cheer Hayward and disrespect Crowder based on race.

Tweet three analyzes the tweet where rondohondo presumably surmised that Jae Crowder believed the incident to be racially motivated.

Thats how I read it at least.

Now my conclusions on the context may be wrong, but it is just as wrong for you to remove the context.

this blog seems to have an infatuation with removing context.

That is your response to multiple responses completely refuting your claim?

Do we really need 12 pages of urinal dispute for this?

I, for one, am glad he called the fans out.

That's what leaders do.  They step up and say what needs to be said.

At a C's home game -- no Celtic fan should cheer for the opponent.

PERIOD.

You may have failed to notice, but there isn't an actual claim being made in my post -- so I'm not entirely sure what those multiple posts are "refuting".

Lets hope the C's give Crowder a STANDING OVATION Friday Night...

And they don't cheer Nerlens Noel out there

Same with Anthony Davis Saturday...

lol that's a good catch, because people assuredly will and have always wanted him in green. TP.

I'm a big fan of Noel and want him here badly, but I can't in good conscience cheer for a guy who is playing the C's. Seems wrong to me since I'm a Celtics fan first.

If it does happen, though, I'm sure you won't be seeing Amir blowing up Twitter after the game.  :P
